The ‘community consultation’ period is now over: 94% of all submissions opposed the proposed developer-written planning controls. An emphatic rejection of these unwanted plans and the unwanted building they would allow.

The Department of Planning & Environment wants to double the allowable size (by FSR) of development at the Bronte RSL site and raise the height limit to 20.5 m. It wants to change the planning controls simply because developer WLB asked it to. Our community, our Council, our Mayor and our Local MP are all opposed to this re-zone.
